So I recently purchased Professional plan for 7 accounts in my company.
For some reason, I (super admin) managed to set up Gmail within my Zoho account, meaning Gmail is mirrored within my Zoho account perfectly.
For my colleagues, It doesnt work, Zoho support told me this is no longer supported (meaning they stopped supporting it last week??) so I must implement IMAP for my colleagues, which I did.
1) I still don't see the Salesinmail tab in Zoho for them, does it mean its only for Entreprise tier?
2) What i want to do is simple:
I want my sales to be able to receive and send emails from within Zoho and get reminders when they received and email from a lead / ongoing deal and still have not answered to it...
It sounds like a super basic feature but it seems Zoho makes it very complicated to set up...
Let me know what I should do.
