I have created a form using Zoho Forms to collect information from clients wanting to submit blog post requests from my team (form is named "Photo Blog Submission"). The first field is a Zoho CRM handshake where the client could input their email address, look up their account, and the form would subsequently populate in their Zoho CRM record once it's submitted.
At this time, the form is hosted on my website.
At this time, the Zoho CRM handshake field is displaying as greyed out and cannot be edited.
I had previously tested this (a few weeks ago now) and it appeared to be working, but now it is not working.
Any suggestions to resolve this?
My end goal is I want this single form to be accessible by multiple clients for submissions, with them filling in their specific information then syncing to their CRM record.
