I am importing multipe contacts per Company from a Prospect Account List in excel to CRM.

I am importing multipe contacts per Company from a Prospect Account List in excel to CRM.

 If I have different contacts for the same Company, should I import to Contacts or Leads?, and will CRM recognise and merge the multiple insidences of a company into one account?
