I am looking to understand how Zoho CRM differentiates between a lead and a prospect

I do have a lot of CRM experience. Salesforce.com does not distinguish between leads and prospects.
 
Now that I've migrated my data here I'm not sure how to move forward.
 
How does ZohoCR<M distinguish between what constitutes a lead versus a prospect?
