How can I produce a list of contacts to email where the account meets a certain criteria.

I have a set of account that belong to a group and this is indicated on the account record, I want to email contacts at these companies therefore the criteria for the search is the account record not the contact.

I can email contacts from potentials but cannot see how to do this.
