After receiving order online :-

1. Need to raise purchase order on supplier.

2. Send email confirmation to customer.

3. Recieve shipping information from supplier.

4. Ship product to customer with details of courier.

against all of this i want to set expected due date and raise alarms if running late.

IS this possible in ZOHO,, i would like to know how can i do this, need a starting point please.
