I am not able to send and receive mails from specific domain

I am not able to send and receive mails from specific domain

Hello,

I am not able to receive emails from specific domain. If I add the domain in whitelist, I am able to receive emails. Why is that behaviour?

The other domain is hosted in bigrock. Interesting fact is another domain is hosted in bigrock but I am able to recieve mails from there.
