I am not receiving emails, can I get some help?

I am not receiving emails to my zoho account. I noticed that the CNAME entry in Godaddy is not there anymore, so I think I should re enter de CNAME from zohomail.

In order to do this I should entry the zb code, but I cannot find it. Can you provide me with my zb code?

Also I noticed my domain appears to be verified. In this sense, do I still have to enter the CNAME even when it appears to be ok?
