I am not receiving forgot password reset instruction on my secondary email address.

I am not receiving forgot password reset instruction on my secondary email address. 

I have already registered with my secondary gmail address in zoho account. But when I try to set password reset through forgot password option. I dont receving any reset instrcution email on my secondary gmail id. Instead I am getting reset instruciont on my primary zoho email which i see can through my mobile zoho app.
