I am not receiving mails from subdomain @mobilitat.e-bcn.cat but SPF rule is fine

Hello Zoho community,

Mails are being sent to my Zoho mail and I am not receiving them. The subdomain of the sender is: @mobilitat.e-bcn.cat
I checked SPF, and the configuration of white & black list in Zoho admin panel but nothing works.

Could you please give some advice to what could I check to solve this problem.
