UPDATE on this post:
I wanted to make sure that all who read this first post learned about the response. Within a 5 minutes of posting this, I received an email from Zoho customer service, and then a tech agent named Vivek called me--proactively--to speak with me about the problem.
Vivek is a STAR--really, this guy is GREAT! A few minutes later, the problem was solved.
Vivek not only solved my problem, he retained a customer for his company--that's a big thing.
I was so impressed that I passed on my compliments to his supervisor--and recommended that they pay Vivek lots of money.
I hope they do!

I may sound a bit irritated--and that's because I am. This is crazy--it's been going on for days.
Please, can someone contact me about getting my email problem fixed?
I was offered a screen sharing session, replied and haven't received a reply.
The outcome?
I had to set up Outlook so I could send emails from Outlook--because I CAN"T send them through Zoho.
I am so tired of wrestling with this--PLEASE help fix this, otherwise, I am going to discontinue my service.
