I am unable to receive email

I am unable to receive email

I am unable to receive email in my account. Until 02-OCT everything was working fine. I am not sure how come my MX record disappear from the hostgator MX entry. Anyway, I have again made the correct entry. Now on ZOHO Mail setting everything is showing green, even then I am not able to receive the email.
