I am VERY angry with the CRM development team

I have been a paid user for 2 years. Our company has 30 seats of ZCRM.

I have been patiently participating in these forums making requests for features, calling in for support when I need it and developing workarounds to get our team through some of the functionality issues until the ZCRM development team can implement the features and updates requested by the user group.

The recent announcement of the Phonebridge feature has made me extremely angry.

The Phone bridge is NOT listed anywhere on the ZCRM roadmap that users are asked to reference whenever we ask for a status update on features we have requested. 

I did a quick search on the forums to find posts related to either PBX or CTI. I found a grand total of 10 posts with a vague reference to PBX interface and 11 with a vague reference to CTI. Several of the posts were included in both searches. This means that the user posts asking for this feature total about 0.25% of the roughly 6,000 posts to the CRM forum.

I am extremely angry that the development team has clearly spent time developing a feature that is NOT on the holy Road map and appears to have very little demand by the user community instead of working on the features that are urgently needed. 

I feel that this time was wasted.

I feel that the development team does not give a rat's rear end about the features that the user community has been requesting.

The development team has - in my opinion - done the existing users (who are paying their salaries with our subscriptions) a HUGE disservice.

So here is my question to the development team - 


Why should we stay with Zoho when your actions CLEARLY demonstrate that you are not listening to us?
