I have been working hard and not smart while setting up the CRM.  

I own a Singles Club, we are B2C.  We receive a lead, its called, appointment is set and if sold the lead is now a member.

Questions:

1.  How do I integrate my submissions form from my website and into leads?  Currently it's being sent to my email, and my site was built by a web designer.  When I do receive a submission form in my email it says contactus@havemoredates.com, and I have checked for that email in my email folder in cpanel but I am not finding it. So I have no idea how to redirect the form from coming to my email and directly into leads crm.... 

2.   My current workflow with a lead from start to sold is: Lead, Discovery,Appointment, New Member.  Discovery serves as the "potential" module.  After a membership is sold, how do I convert the sold lead into the module member? I am very lost.

3.  I have added all the leads in CRM, customized....  I need the lead info to show up in all the modules at every stage as info is added.  How can I make it work?
