I can not acces pop mail via outlook

Hi

I just move my email in ms. outlook into a new pc, when i tried to create a new email account in my new pc using ms outlook, it works for a few hour, but then suddenly i can not access it again, it says that your email server rejected your login, verify user name and password for this account. i dont know what happened?

i've recheck all the setting, and i use a correct setting in my ms outlook.

email address & username : bernadet@spmgroup-id.com
incoming server : poppro.zoho.com
smtp : smtp.zoho.com

incoming Port: 995
Require SSL: Yes

outgoing port : 465 SSL

could you please check what happened?
