I can not add my new domain which is already used in zoho mail service

I can not add my new domain which is already used in zoho mail service

I took a new domain and would like to use it in Zoho mail and CRM. Unfortunately, I can't register it since it's already registered in zoho by previous owner of the domain. Would you please guide me if I can still use Zoho or it's already blocked for ever for me and I should think about alternative email solution?
