I can not get my zoho crm contact cards and my zoho mailbox synced

I can not get my zoho crm contact cards and my zoho mailbox synced

I cannot get sent/recieved emails synced with zoho mail under the "email" section of the contact card- 
When i send mail directly from the contact, this gets registered on the contact details, but either the reply, or other mails from the same contact stored under e-mail shows up under the "contact emails"-

i have tried with several different email adresses associated with our account- but i cannot get it to work: 
what do i do?
