Dear Zoho. 

I have the problem that I can not receive email. My domain is "pulsazione.com.ec" and my user account is "gerencia@pulsazione.com.ec". Even though my domain is properly pointed their MX (mx.zohomail.com - mx2.zohomail.com) not receiving email. Why I can not receive mail? Could you fix this problem? Thank you.
