I can receive any email anymore. And I don't see how I can fix this :/

I've got a website (
www.microphonemania.com) hosted by shopify. Zoho is advised there to use as e-mail provider there.
Since a while I'm not getting any e-mails in anymore. I actually don't know for how long now, I just find it odd that people wouldn't reply to my for some while now, so today I sent an email with my privated address to the one I use with Zoho (
info@microphonemania.com) and that is how I noticed that I don't receive them anymore. Just to be clear, I'm using Zoho for half a year or something, everything was fine before and I didn't change anything.
I checked with shopify, my DNS configuration is correct. I tried everything I could do and I'm getting a bit hopeless.
I've contacted support, but no answer so far...
I just want to have this fixed as soon as possible, cause it's already offline for quite a few days...
