Hello Zoho,
Sending emails works fine, but I cannot receive them. Before the 12th of Octobre everything work fine. In the control panel I get the message that the mx records are not pointed to Zoho. I already checked my MX settings at my domain provider Namecheap. They concluded that my mx records were correct. In the attachments you can see my mx settings.
I already sent two support tickets, but so far I haven't heard anything.
I need to fix this problem as soon as possible, because this are our most important email accounts for our business.
