I can send emails but cannot receive them, emails are still going to my previous inbox.

I can send emails but cannot receive them, emails are still going to my previous inbox.

I am transferring my domain email from Microsoft to Zoho. 

I have completed all steps shown for set-up, all my status's say complete and verified. So I'm not sure what the issue is. 

Please advise, our non-profit needs these emails set-up and working asap.
