I can send emails, but I cannot receive them.
Hey there.
So, I know this has been talked and discussed about on the help desk many times, but I have yet to see a response that works for me. A while back, I registered my domain with Namecheap and transferred the DNS to Wix, as that is the site that holds my site + connects it to my domain. Unfortunately, there is no way for me to have the Wix DNS and Zoho Mail Records setup on my Namecheap domain page. For example, if I disable the Wix DNS inputs and change them to the Zoho Mail Record inputs, it unlinks my domain from my Wix site. If I unlink my Zoho Mail Record inputs and change them to the Wix DNS inputs, it prevents me from receiving emails from other people (mind you — I can still send emails and create new email addresses using my domain).
I don't know what to do and I'm afraid that either some bot or some support team member is going to respond with the default "We've checked your account and everything seems to be okay, additionally we've sent you an email and it has reached your mailbox" response. For any support team members reading this — Saying that default response doesn't help anyone. Just because everything "seems" alright doesn't mean it
is alright. All I'm asking for is a thorough response that can help me clear my issue and allow me and my coworkers to send and receive emails using our Zoho Mail email addresses.
