Official day one on Zoho. I'm all excited to start the demonstrations for my sales team to show them how "effortless" the transition will be from Salesforce.
Slight hiccup...
I go to do a demonstration of creating a Quote and find that the information does not port over from the Potential or Account. In order for me to create a Quote, I have to duplicate all efforts that I already did entering the Potential. So I started "chatting" online with a very nice fellow in India and he confirms that this indeed is true.
VERY DISAPPOINTING ZOHO. This seems like such a no brainer to implement.
Would love to hear some reasoning behind this, or if others agree with me, please voice your thoughts.
