It's really annoying that something so simple as deleting my account is so impossible D: It claims I am not authorized to perform the action of deleting my account.
Why do I want to delete it? I want to change my email's name. And yes, after trying EVERYTHING, the only possible way to change my email user name seems to be deleting my account and creating another. I tried creating another email and making it the super admin account, but the option to change the super admin was denied.
I had a difficult time setting up my custom domain email via zoho on Squarespace in the first place. So when I finally got it to work, it would take 10 or so hours to receive an email. So, considering Zoho seems to be one of the few free custom domain email services, I'm hoping starting anew may work.
