I have asked on two occasions a backup of the data and I do not get the link to download. This is the detail of the orders I have made:
January 30th, 2014 FREE 691690000001025001 -> ok
July 3, 2014 691690000001318001 FREE -> never got the link
June 2, 2014 691690000001219001 FREE -> never got the link
Please, I need your help by indicating what the problem is and how to fix it.
