I can't receive some of email in my zoho account

I can't receive some of email in my zoho account

So I already using zoho for sometime now, and not problem so far. But someday ago my client said to me, he can't send email to my email, it said:

This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.

Delivery to the following recipients failed.


So I try to send some testing email from my other email, and some is success, but 1 is got the same error. So what's wrong? I think the one error is the one I attach some file inside.
