I can't save any new modules and layouts.

I can't save any new modules and layouts.

I am using CRM for Verticals in Japanese.
I can not create and save a new module.
I can not save a new layout.
Save and Save Layout button does not respond.
Japanese is garbled.

Can not you use it in Japanese?
Is it a bug?
