I can't see my sent e-maills

I can't see my sent e-maills

When I try to see an e-mail sent to a possible client (inside of the customer file) it runs an error in my spanish version: "se encontró una dirección de correo dentro del campo correo electrónico" and it does'nt show me the content of the e-mail
