until today, everything was right: i was sending and receiving e-mails from my two external accounts, described below:
But, today, i've decided to delete "alex.albuquerque@alexalbuquerque.com.br" and create a new one, named "alex@alexalbuquerque.com.br".
Now, i cannot send or receive e-mails from this account. Important to say, this account has been verified.
In order to find a solution, i've tried to delete the other account "alex.albuquerque@packaging.com.br" and recreate it. But, now, i cannot send or receive e-mail from this account too! But, when i made this account again at Zoho CRM i did not received any verification e-mail.
At this time, neither of my accounts send or receive e-mails.
What can i to do?
