I can't upload my lead data

I can't upload my lead data

Help! V new to all this - I am trying to upload data on an excel spreadsheet so that I can export to mailchimp & then use zoho to manage follow ups. However although I am matching the columns with the data in the spreadsheet, when I then look at the leads there are only 5 columns, not all the ones in the spreadsheet, & importantly, not the email address column. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?
