As it appears I'm unable, within Zoho Books, to set a primary template (like a letterhead) for all of my email templates, I am having to go through and edit all 17 different templates as part of a redesign of our communications coming from Zoho. However, going down the list of email templates, the only templates I can clone or create new ones of are Customer Statement, Estimate Notification, Retainer Invoice Notification, Retainer Payment Thank-You, Invoice Notification, Recurring Invoice Notification, Credit Note Notification, and Payment Thank-you. Is there a reason for this or am I missing something? That leaves 9 out of 17 which would have to be edited and adjusted live with no ability to create a temporary testing placeholder to ensure that it is what we want and it matches all of the others, before possibly being sent out to customers or vendors.

I want to avoid having to use another email template creation tool which may or may not have functionality that matches how Zoho handles these emails and placeholder fields.
