I cannot configure the MX Records,

I cannot configure the MX Records,

I did it once last year and the account had a perfect performance, once i had to renew the contract for my domain with NIC ARGENTINA, i couldnt set it up again. Even i keep following the instructions, my domain provider NIC, allows me to delegate it but it just asks me for the Host and IPv4 IPv6 Values that i have no idea.

Ill be really thankful to hear for a solution.
