i cannot fetch mail

hi,

i just need help to configure my zoho mail to fetch my emails from my other email account.

here's the scenario,

in zoho mail - mail setting - common settings - mail account then i add new mail account and fill up the mandatory field incoming mail server and outgoing mail server then press save, the error display read timeout. I don't know what i'm going to configure in our mail server, we're using nitix mail server linux.
