I cannot get incoming mail, but outgoing works fine???

I cannot get incoming mail, but outgoing works fine???

I have sent several tests to my other email addresses as well as relatives email addresses. Everyone receives my emails, however when they respond the email is returned to them and does not reach my inbox....


What do I do?
