I Cannot Remove An Owner From Commerce App

I Cannot Remove An Owner From Commerce App

Hello,

Our recent Zoho admin has left the organization.  I am trying to deactive his account, but I connot complete the task because he is the only administrator assigned to the Commerce app (an app we do not even use). While I can assign other users to the app, the "role" drop down does not offer an option for admin (or owner).  So I cannot revopse this individual as owner of the app.

The issue is that we pay for a number of licenses and we are at capacity.  I NEED to deactivate this person as a user on our account to make room for someone new.  And I cannot deactive him because he is the sole owner of the commerce app.  PLEASE HELP.
