i cannot retrieve an email from archive folder

i cannot retrieve an email from archive folder

All the rest of the emails in the archive folder are perfectly readable EXCEPT for the one I need. It will not open, it will not move to inbox, it will not unarchive. What is going on?  I need this email urgently!!  what do I need to do??
