I cannot upgrade our subscription plan.

We have a Standard account with Zoho People and cannot upgrade to the Premium edition.

I hit "Subscription," "Change Plan," "Premium Edition," and "Pay" before it takes me back to the starting screen telling me I have the Standard Edition still.
