I can't change my role...

I can't change my role...

Hey all, 

So I'm trying to get my role switched but it won't let me even though I am an administrator and we have a paid version of Zoho. 

I was the super-admin but was told I couldn't change roles until I gave super-admin over to someone else. So I did that, but when I go to edit my role, it says" Read Only Field." 

What to do?
