I cant login?? Can't Get Help!

Hi

I registered again since I am resigned to the possibility that you will be unable to retrieve my original user id and password. Curiously I registered again under a new email address and never received confirmation via email that I have registered at all. Can you enlighten me as to what is wrong? Am I doing anything wrong? Is this a bug in the system?
