I can't receive emails in Thunderbird
Until Fri, 29 Jun 2018 16:52, I was receiving all kind of email on my email application Thunderbird (account
tufos@tufos.com.br), but after this date, something wrong has happened and I can't receive any emails on Thunderbird. By the way, I have still sent the emails, only when I have to receive them that it is not ok.
Zoho email is working ok, sending and receiving, so I have worked Zoho email this weekend directly. But I receive many emails and I prefer to use Thunderbird interface.
Thunderbird remains reading the inbox but after a long time, the application just receives the last email that it already received before.
I attach a file that shows the settings from POPPRO Server on my Thunderbird.
I have another account Zoho on my Thunderbird,
contato@flagrasreais.com.br, and this account is working ok, only account Zoho
tufos@tufos.com.br is not working.
Why is this happening? How can I fix this issue?
