I cant renew my domain!

My domain is heyerconception.com
email (which isnt working) is nick@heyerconception.com
email that im currently using is n.heyer@yahoo.com

Im also pointing the domain to a tumblr page that I customized to look like a portfolio site, I dont know if that helps. I just want things like they were before if someone could help me please.
