Has anyone managed to turn off Zoho Insights?

We need to switch off Zoho Insights as it's causing problems for some of our customers.

we turned it off 2 weeks ago, but when we send out an email from a template, all of our links in it are still being converted to the form:

Does anyone know if there's another thing that we need to do to switch off Inisghts?
