Any database worth its salt would allow the following query:
"All brokers or bankers who are interested in real estate, and live in Colombia"
But this cannot be asked in Zoho CRM.
The search expression is simply not available.
This is a
very simple query.
The ability to query the data in this way would be very easy to code.

And there is simply no explanation, anywhere, of what search expressions are possible in Zoho CRM.
We have data. But Zoho totally neglects to explain how Zoho CRM's various search utilities can actually be used, in practice, what expressions are possible, and what expressions are not possible. No examples, anywhere.
