I changed my password now my mail will not send/receive in Zoho Mail

Hello,

I changed my password now my mail will not send/receive in Zoho Mail.  No mail is being received and I can send mail.  When I entered the new password the message says outgoing authentication failed for sharon@engagingvagabond.com. I didn't change anything else just the password.

Any ideas why.
