I could not configure mail on outlook as well as any email client

I purchased 78 email from zoho but I couldn't configure it on any email client. I already enabled pop access. It is ver urgent. We will have huge business loss. I taken zoho mail, due to we trusted you. I am losing confidence go with zoho. My super admin is muhamedrafi@cicoconsultants.com
