I Customized my Leads Columns and One is NOT Showing its Content

I Customized my Leads Columns and One is NOT Showing its Content

I created a new leads field (handler) and added it to my "All Open Leads" summary page by editing the columns there, but NONE of the drop-down list content in that field (which IS entered and IS visible in the individual leads themselves) shows up in the summary page, even though that field IS listed in the header above what appears to be a blank colum.
