I would like to use Zoho Projects as it seems quite powerful. However, I'm hesitant to do so because of the lack of up-to-date videos/information for folks who are the administrators (and who are not super tech savvy). I'm the project manager for a research institute and we are going to be implementing a PM software. However, I need to know how to administer the software so I support our users. At the moment, I don't feel comfortable suggesting Zoho Projects as our software because if I'm asked questions and don't know the answer, there doesn't seem to be any easy-to-find documentation.

Here are my immediate questions:

1. In this link:  https://www.zoho.com/projects/help/company-profile.html#portal-owner, it discusses 'Organization' setup but I don't have that option in my account. No where on the page does it state if this option is for certain user plans or 'if you don't have this option, go here to enable it" or whatever.

2. I can't find any information to get rid of the project progress column on the right-hand side. I don't want/need it. 

3. Can't get rid of test portals :(

4. There is no clear video/help about how all of the Zoho options fit into each other. For example, I was in Zoho Projects and went to "My Accounts' which took me to Zoho Accounts (makes sense). Within "Zoho Accounts' I went to 'Close Account' but was told 'You are an administrator of your organization : "XYZ". You should cancel your organization from Business, before closing your account.' (with a link to business). Umm ok. I click on 'Business', it takes me to Zoho Mail. I DON'T UNDERSTAND.
