I do not have an email setting tab like in the video

I do not have an email setting tab like in the video

Hi there I am totally new to this crm thing. I am trying to merge my email contacts into the system. i watched the video on setting up email but under the settings tab there is no link for email settings like it showed in the video? I am using the free one to try it out since i am the only sales rep at this time. Please help.. Thanks
