I cannot receive emails into Zoho from my main pop3 account - it is disabled and cannot be enabled. Please help

My main pop3 account at zoho is disabled and I cannot enable it. When I move the slider to the right it goes back to the left and triggers the "Ooops...." message as shown below.
It has been like that since Friday midnight. I sent a request to Zoho support and asked a question here on forums yesterday  - no answer. I am a paying customer and the service does not work. I still have not fully recovered after the forced UI upgrade and now this...

Could you please help?
