We have many accounts zoho for many customers work fine, but the domain www.almadeleon.com work bad.
any email account receives the orders and contact form without problem. @gmail @newcompany @hotmail @other companies, even other domains configured in zoho. but @ almadeleon.com does not receive anything.
We even received an error saying the following when we put a from email @ our company and put as destination the email @ almadeleon.com see attached image
note: the emails @almadeleon.com work normally email to email.
